My first time participating in the SCS color challenges! Woohoo.
The card above was done with Shabby Princess Festival papers, a SU digi stamp and string by Tee.
We needed to use the colors shown here so I recolored the papers using the magic wand selection tool (contiguous off) and then adjusting hue and saturation to match the color swatches here.
Now, if I need a specific color and I don't have a swatch like this, I just create one by drawing in a basic shape and filling it with the desired colors.

Once the color matches, you note your adjustments on the Hue/Saturation screen and you'll be able to duplicate the change throughout your paper stash.
You can also save your adjustment as a preset, but I don't bother if I only have a few of them to do. For this design, I recolored three sheets of dsp, so it was just as easy to type in the settings each time.

Wow, gorgeous card and the idea of matching colors is fabulous although I'm clueless as to how you did it!
