Art Journal Prompt: Sit with me: Studio
Instructions:
Sit in your studio, dining room or other favorite arting place and show us what you see. You can put a photo in your journal, a sketch, a painting… but take us with you for a quiet rest in your creative space.

How I created my page:
| First step – Sketch. I sketched in pencil the loquats outside my studio window.

| Second step – Color. I used neocolors in several layers to put in some color. I took license with the leaves.. they are soooooooo dark on the tree. Can you guess the layers that I did?

| Third step – Define. Pitt pens are the best. really. I used a very fine one to do sketchy outlines on the painting.

| Fourth step – Title. The pit pen again … outlined the text and then filled in with neocolor.

- pitt artist pens
- waterbrush
- neocolor II water-soluble crayons
A Word from Tee:
Simple today… I think I have the flu so I hope that you are not disappointed in my rendition of the prompt. Loquats are an amazing fruit.. I’ll be adding more info about them to this page.
