Art Journal Prompt: Concentric
Instructions:
Build concentric circles or rings on your pages today.
Example Page:
How I created my page:
I’m working in my 6x6 Snappy Li’l Journal scrapbooking paper (scrap paper) journal. You can see the texture of the paper through the layers so it acts like the first textural layer for my pages.
| First step – Background Gesso – spread over, dried, another layer added and scratched. Neocolor – scribbled on some crayons in pink, yellow and blue and spread them with water. They sunk into the scratches and make them darker. Cool. Then I added orange on the outside of the yellow on the left side.
|
| Second step – Circles
|
| Third step – Journaling.

Supplies Used Today:

A Word from Tee:
I’m off to teach journaling tomorrow to the Society of Mixed Media Artists here in Jacksonville. I’m super excited and hope that we have some new pals to share our joy with in the coming weeks.
I’ll post my page late again tomorrow.. like today’s post.
If you are in the area and want to play with us.. I’m prepped for you. Give me a call.

Another fun prompt, Tee! Sure wish I was back in J-ville! One of these days...
